Hmmm...where to begin? This is probably the hardest part of this to write for me so I guess I'm just gonna do a timeline. Make it easier and you'll get where I'm going with this. ;)
1999 - HS graduation
2000 - College, pregnant, had son, Jason
2001 - Married to D-Money, y'all :)
2002 - Mom diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gherig's)
2003 - Graduated from college, moved up to Seattle with my parents, then to Phoenix
2004 - Bought our first home
2005 - Had DeLaney!
2006 - Nothing exciting...hmmm...boring year I guess! haha!
2007 - Parents moved to Texas, my dad was killed in a motorcycle accident (LIFE CHANGING), my family picked up & moved to Texas to take care of my mom.
2008 - Mom finally lost her battle with ALS (another LIFE CHANGER!)
2009 - Rebuilding year for me, just hung out in TX, knew that wasn't our home or "final resting place" :)
2010 - Moved to Roswell, NM; decided I wanted to be a nurse & went back to school, TURNED 30!!!
2011 - Accepted to Nursing School & start in August; 10 year anniversary with the LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!
2012 - Nursing school blues
2013 - Graduated nursing school; started working for home health; hired as school nurse
2014 - Dustin's dad passed away; Dustin's grandmother passed away - super sad
2015 -
So that's the shortest way to explain my life, otherwise we would be here forever. If you have questions just ask. The most important thing to remember is that everything happens for a reason and we will never really understand the cards we are dealt. Roll with the punches, after the rain - there's always a rainbow and life goes on, make the best of it! All cliche but soooo true! Your future is bright, so throw on some shades and make it awesome!
